Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty

Xsteam USA proudly stands behind its products and offers limited manufacturer warranty for products sold under authorized dealers. All equipment when sold is new and carries a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Once you purchase the item, it is your responsibility to register the product within 14 days of the purchase date through the manufacturer to activate the warranty. Proof of purchase from authorized dealers is required. You may contact our Customer Service for additional information.


As per manufacturer’s policy, items can only be returned if purchased through xsteamusa.com. All purchases made through other vendors cannot be returned for refund. Exchange under warranty is available for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. 


Items considered include but are not limited to; 

  1. Xsteam Travel Garment Steamer – limited life-time warranty included
  2. Xsteam Home Garment Steamer etc. – 1 Year warranty included with additional warranty available for purchase
  3. SteamPly Travel Garment Steamer – 5 Year warranty included with additional warranty available for purchase

Items are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship as of date of purchase. If any part proves to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A shipping and handling fee does apply when completing the exchange; this covers the shipment back to you. This warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, or has not had routine cleaning maintenance. Such damage will be reconditioned at our normal repair services rate.


Xsteam USA is not in any manner responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages. All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in duration to the warranty time (refer to items 1,2 & 3 above) from date of original purchase.


Exchange Under Warranty Instructions:

You must register your product on our Website within 14 days of purchase to take full advantage of product warranties and return privileges. 

  1. All units which have been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents or have not had routine cleaning maintenance will not be exchanged
  2. A $15 Co-Pay for Shipping & Handling is mandatory for Xsteam and SteamPly Travel Garment Steamers.
  • A $30 Co-Pay for Shipping & Handling is mandatory for Xsteam Home Garment Steamer.
  • Note: For any returned products from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico or Mexico Co-Pay will increase to $21.00. For international exchanges Co-Pay will incresse to $30.00 
  1. Payment is collected only when filling out the exchange form. Once form and payment are complete, your replacement be sent out.
  2. You must send out your steamer which you would like to be exchanged. Without receiving your steamer we cannot send you a replacement. Please send all returns/exchanges to the following address: 21011 Itasca St Suite E, Chatsworth, CA 91311

Returns:

Xsteam USA products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Rules and restrictions apply: 

  1. Only products purchased through xsteamusa.com can be returned for refund. Purchases made through all other vendors must deal directly with the third party seller.
  2. Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable
  3. All returns are subject to a Return Processing Fee of $14.95 USD
